Information to Prepare Before Submitting

A complete environment description is easier to troubleshoot than “unable to connect.” Include your username, platform, client type, selected route region, affected target service, and the exact error message. If the issue occurs only on a specific network, describe what happened after switching environments.

Connection Issues

Specify whether you use Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, or Linux, and state whether the client can update the subscription and display the route list. Note whether all websites are inaccessible after connecting or only a specific international site is affected. Record any change after switching routes.

Route & Speed Issues

MaoVPN covers 90+ countries and 200+ routes. For these issues, specify the target country or region, selected route type, usage scenario when the issue occurred, and whether switching to another region restored access. Support can suggest options based on the target service’s regional requirements and current route conditions.

Order & Plan Issues

Monthly subscriptions include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB; traffic resets monthly on the activation date, and mid-cycle upgrades are prorated for the remaining days. Data packages include ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB; they remain valid until used and never expire. For plan-related tickets, state your current plan and what you want handled.

Payment & Refund Issues

Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT are supported, with a 30-day no-questions-asked refund. For payment issues, provide records sufficient to identify the order, but do not submit your password, complete payment credentials, or a complete subscription URL. Start refund requests through a ticket associated with the account so the order status can be verified.

Information Protection

Support troubleshooting does not require your account password. Do not include passwords, complete payment credentials, or complete subscription URLs in ticket text, screenshots, or attachments.

Support FAQs

Use the information below to determine whether you need to submit a ticket and what to include.

What information is required to register?

No email address is required; a username and password are enough to register. Keep your account credentials secure. Support troubleshooting will never require your password.

What should I check first if the connection fails?

First confirm that the client has fetched the latest subscription, then try switching to another route. Record your platform, client status, target service, error message, and the result after switching routes before submitting a ticket.

How do I request a refund?

MaoVPN provides a 30-day no-questions-asked refund. Log in to the relevant account, open the Ticket Center, and describe the order and refund request. Support will process it based on the order status.

Can I contact support by email or Telegram?

The current fact sheet does not provide a public email address or Telegram contact details, so use an on-site ticket. Do not send order or account information to accounts not published on this site.

How long does it take to receive a ticket reply?

Tickets are handled in queue order. The timing depends on the issue type, the scope of review required, and whether the submitted information is complete. When route, client environment, or order status checks are needed, a reply is sent after the necessary review; no fixed response time is promised.
